The study aimed to obtain an approximation of the Operationalization of the variable Technological Literacy, based on theoretical contributions from different authors in relation to the area of technological literacy, such as, Ortol E.l (2007), Casacuberta and Collado (2007), Casado R. (2006), Martín Y. (2007), Montes de Oca (2007) and Rodríguez L. (2005). Regarding the methodology, the methodology is presented as Documentary based by Santa Palella and Feliberto Martins (2006), the population is documentary based on the concepts of Fidias G. Arias (2012), and the technique is observation according to Balestrini Acuña (2002), The population under study consisted of electronic documents reviewed in journals, books, articles and electronic libraries. As for the final considerations, Technological Literacy is conceptualized with what UNESCO (2013) states, which indicates that technological literacy is developing both instrumental and cognitive knowledge and skills in relation to information conveyed through new technologies. As for the operationalization of the variable, it must be measured by the indicators in the dimensions; skills for the use of hardware and software, technological knowledge, attitude and incidences of ICT in the educational environment, respectively by the data instruments.
