University Management from the Technologies, and information breaking the Traditionality

Abstract

The following article has as its main idea that management establish new educational policies related to the adaptation of university teaching to the demands and needs of the new society that is on the horizon to which we are heading, there is also the need to reflect on the internal operating systems of higher education, especially in Venezuela, with the aim of adapting to future circumstances that have gradually transformed academic systems and organizations. For this, management in this new century must explore the considerations and implications that this maintains in the university: not only from what it constitutes as an institution registered on the administration from an organizational space, but also from the intelligentsia and therefore the management of knowledge in terms of philosophical, ontological, epistemological, axiological processes that lead to investigate the university educational reality.
The design of the University research is developed under a qualitative approach, of a documentary type, in which referential information is analyzed in which the incidence of technological innovation is compared in the strategies that are developed for the management and decision making in the Universities of the Venezuelan territory. To collect accurate and timely information, the search through Google Scholar is used, in which the most relevant documents regarding university management from technology and information are selected.
