Abstract

La redacción de nuevos contenidos científicos obliga, a lo largo del siglo XVI, a algunos autores a servirse de determinados textos imitando o copiando de un modelo. Esta reutilización de otros ejemplares abarca, desde el punto de vista lingüístico, patrones de intertextualidad o de hipertextualidad que estudio en este trabajo. Analizo cómo una tradición científica, la que tiene que ver con los crepúsculos, llega a finales de este siglo, cuando el germano Christophorus Clavius (1538-1612) inserta en su In sphaeram Ioannis de Sacro Bosco Commentarius un opúsculo titulado Digressio geometrica de crepusculis, cuyo patrón es el De crepusculis del matemático portugués Pedro Nunes (1502-1578), quien ya había incluido en su obra de 1542 la transcripción literal del Liber de crepusculis de Gerardo de Cremona (1114-1187), versión latina de la Maqala fi l-fayr wa-l-šafaq de Ibn Mu'ad al-Gayyani (m. 1093).

José Antonio González Marrero, Universidad de La Laguna

Profesor Titular de Filología Latina de la Universidad de La Laguna. Desde 1991 centra su actividad docente en la enseñanza de la Lengua y Literatura Latinas. Realiza su investigación dentro del Instituto Universitario de Estudios Medievales y Renacentistas (IEMyR) de la Universidad de La Laguna a través de dos grupos de investigación consolidados: LATINOARÁBICA: Textos y contextos del saber griego, latino y árabe y TRADYLAT: estudios lexicológicos, lingüísticos, métricos y traducciones de textos latinos. Ha publicado más de 70 trabajos de investigación y ha participado en congresos nacionales e internacionales con más de 50 comunicaciones y conferencias. Ha sido invitado como conferenciante en la Península Ibérica y en diversos países americanos.
