Abstract

Companies try to find new technological solutions to replace old strategies or procedures and implement new technologies that make their work easier. CRMs have made life easier for companies in terms of business management, but problems have also arisen depending on the size of the company. Therefore, this study aims to locate the best CRM alternative for startups, with usability, scalability and robustness features that adapt to the needs of the business. Based on the information collected and the positioning of statistical tables such as Gathner's and comparative tables, it is determined that one of the best CRM alternatives is Odoo in terms of usability, which is reinforced by the extensive and customized development aspect. This conclusion is reinforced by comparing different ERP/CRM alternatives. Likewise, Oddo offers robust software in the SaaS-based service, including Ease of Use and Business Orientation with startups.
