This research seeks to innovate in the field of university management (UM) by proposing a new visual perspective based on descriptive geometry, whose purpose is to generate a theoretical corpus of the geometry of university management through a theoretical model based on the interpretive paradigm, qualitative approach, inspired by Nietzsche's philosophy and using the grounded theory of Strauss and Corbin (2002), which allows to graphically represent the complexities of UM, considering both the theoretical aspects and the experiences of key informants. Thus, the study was developed in four main phases: preparation, field work, analysis and final report. Each stage involved specific activities such as data collection, organization and interpretation, coding, theoretical saturation and theory construction. The result is a model that offers a novel graphic representation with a holistic view of UM.
