Management indicators of an Inventory System in the Mining field

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discover why the current inventory system is inefficient and choose a purpose that best suits the conditions and characteristics of the mining industry. The title of this work is Identification of negative parameters of a Mining Inventory System. Regarding the general objective, it describes how to identify negative parameters of a Generic Mining Inventory System. The methodology is applied, being a feasible project, considered field, non-experimental and transversal. The results have shown that in the process of investigating various inventory systems, fundamental elements are identified that must function correctly, that is, without any failure, in all these systems.
