Aplicación Web para el control administrativo de Proyectos del área de construcción
Abstract
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this project is to design and develop a web application that simplifies and optimizes the
administrative control of projects in the construction sector, improving efficiency and coordination in
all phases of the process. As for the most relevant references for this project, they include works by
Amaya Pablo (2017) who founded the functional requirements of the system, Pachala Freddy (2015) in
WEB application and Oyarzun Sony and Malatesta Gonzalo (2023) from whom the methodology and
approach to the architecture used. Regarding the theoretical framework, an exhaustive analysis of the
project requirements was carried out, identifying the specific needs of administrative control in
construction projects. This led to the theoretical contribution applied to construction companies, which
are dedicated to all types of construction, both governmental and private. Regarding the methodology
adopted, it was based on a hybrid approach that combines iterative and incremental with some aspects
of Scrum. This methodological proposal is divided into key phases, ranging from initial planning to
implementation and ongoing maintenance, each phase is meticulously designed to guarantee efficient
execution with successful delivery of the final product. Regarding the methodology adopted, it was

PMOK. This methodological proposal is divided into key phases, ranging from initial planning to

execution with successful delivery of the final product. The results obtained demonstrate the
achievement in the implementation of the proposed web application, achieving the construction of an
intuitive interface that allows effective monitoring of projects, influencing a notable improvement in
administrative efficiency. Regarding the conclusions, it was possible to obtain a perspective of the
application based on evaluations of another existing one on the market, define the functional
requirements based on published works, integrate an architecture based on AWS referenced by Oyarzun
Sony and Malatesta Gonzalo (2023). and adapt an intuitive interface the final product. Continued
adoption of best practices identified during development is recommended. Additionally, exploration of
possible future improvements and expansions is suggested to address emerging challenges in this
dynamic field.
